Shipping FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order / what is the standard turnaround time for shipping? 

  • Regular Shop Orders: Processing times are listed in the "What's Happening" section of the website. In general, orders that are placed during a non-release weeks are usually processed within the week. On new release weeks and restocks, the processing window will extend to 1-2 weeks. Any delays will be communicated via email, posted on the website, and on our social media platforms. 
  • Presale Orders: During special times of the year, special presales will be done to order exclusive customer selected items, where the processing time will take 2-3 months. 

Can you combine shipping?

Unfortunately combined shipping is not available at this time. Please ensure that your order is complete before checking out. 

Where is my Tracking Number?

Your tracking information will be sent to the email address that we have on file once your order has shipped. Check for this tracking number prior to reaching out to me. However, if your tracking is not available as it does not always update the international tracking numbers, please contact me at degerdesignstudio@gmail.com. 

Where is my Order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with tracking information that you can utilize for the most up-to-date information on your order's shipping status. Currently, I am only utilizing USPS for my shipping carrier (YAY saving the Post Office) - If there are further issues contact USPS for assistance. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances (global pandemic, environmental emergency, accident, political interference, etc.) there may be delays or interruptions with service that may impact expected arrival times for your order. DegerDesignStudio is not responsible for delayed packages, including those who have opted for priority shipment. Once it leaves my hands, it is not longer in my control until it arrives to you. 

Lost Packages

If your package has not been marked as "Delivered", it is our policy to wait at least 4 weeks from the date of shipment until the package is declared as lost. After that point, you may contact support at degerdesignstudio@gmail.com. 

If your order has not been received 30 days after tracking has been sent, please contact customer service to inquire. However, if there is no contact made within 60 days of package shipment, we will be unable to assist. 

Please note that DegerDesignStudio is NOT responsible for international packages that have been held or lost by your country's local customs/post office. Due to the global pandemic international shipping times have been taking a long time in order for it to be delivered. If your package has been marked as delivered however you have not received it, please contact your local post office to resolve. 

I Just Ordered and I Need to Update my Address

  • Regular Shop Orders: Please verify to ensure that your address is correct before you check out. Most of our orders are prepared and begin processing as soon as an order is placed, making changing an address difficult. 
  • Presale Orders: Please review our guidelines that are available in the Presale Terms & Conditions as we are able to update changes on these orders. 

**To my wonderful customers who are using Apple Pay, please make sure that your associated address to your Apple ID/Apple Pay is correct as the shipping will default to this address with using Apple Pay. 

DegerDesignStudio is not liable for packages shipped to addresses that were not updated prior to checkout. 

My Order has been Marked as "Delivered" but I did not Receive it

From time-to-time, the USPS will mark a package as being delivered up to 2 days before the package arrives. In this instance, I sympathetically ask you to be patient in these instances (I know it is hard) and wait 1-2 business days prior to contacting our customer service. 

If after two days the package has still not appeared, please check with your apartment complex office (if you live in an apartment) or check with neighbors to see if the package has misdelivered to them (this has happened to me at least 5 times). 

If the package has still be unable to be recovered after this point, please check with your local post office. 

If you chose priority as your shipping method, you may file a claim after 15 days by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm or by contacting by phone at 1-877-275-8777 to determine if the package can be recovered and delivered correctly. 

If you chose First Class as your shipping method, you can open a missing mail search after 7 business days by contacting the USPS on their website: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. 

DegerDesignStudio is NOT LIABLE for missing packages marked as "delivered" that are either misdelivered by the USPS or due to theft on your property. Thank you for understanding. 

International Customers

The customer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs that are associated with international shipping. I will not change the value declared on international orders, so please make note prior to checking out. 

**Note - CUSTOMS fees vary from country to country and are based on the ITEM COST - sale price is not taken into consideration for some countries so please keep this in mind when checking out. DegerDesignStudio is not responsible for customs charges and it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they are purchasing with this in mind.
